Parts Manager Volkswagen of Marietta is looking for an experienced, driven Parts Manager to lead our parts department and help maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a proven parts professional who understands the importance of organization, leadership, inventory control, and exceptional service. European or Volkswagen parts experience is required for this position. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and motivate the parts team Oversee daily parts department operations and workflow Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stocking Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to ensure timely parts availability Build strong relationships with technicians, vendors, and customers Monitor department profitability, expenses, and performance Ensure accurate parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase department profitability
