Are you passionate about cars, helping people, and being part of a winning team? Euro Car Doctor is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. This role combines parts purchasing, operational accuracy, and customer support.

You'll work closely with our service advisors and technicians to keep our shop running efficiently while helping deliver the exceptional customer experience we're known for. If you enjoy solving problems, negotiating with vendors, serving customers, and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to meet you.


Responsibilities

  • Purchase quality parts at the best value while maximizing profitability
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Negotiate pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Process returns, warranties, core credits, and vendor reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records between Tekmetric and our accounting system
  • Prepare and send monthly statements and reports as requested
  • Monitor parts gross profit and verify pricing accuracy
  • Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out when needed
  • Support service advisors, technicians, and management
  • Keep the shop and customer areas stocked, clean, and organized
  • Continuously improve purchasing and operational processes


What We're Looking For

Accuracy and attention to detail are non-negotiable. We're looking for someone who naturally catches mistakes, double-checks their work, stays organized, and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

  • Automotive parts or purchasing experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable greeting customers and supporting the front counter when needed
  • Experience with Tekmetric or similar shop management software and parts vendor portals
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable
  • Positive, humble, solution-oriented team player

Compensation

  • Average annual compensation of approximately $100,000+, including competitive hourly pay and a performance-based commission plan
  • Monthly commission based on parts profitability
  • Monthly team bonus based on overall shop performance

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Day Shift
