Job description

Bertera Chrysler is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and accurate parts ordering and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers & Technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers & Dealership Staff.
- Utilize specialized software to look up and order parts, as well as manage inventory
- Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory levels
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders
- Keep up-to-date on new products and developments in the automotive parts industry
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership or parts department
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with computers and software systems used for automotive parts management
- Valid driver's license
