Parts Inside Sales Representative

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Parts Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Parts Inside Sales Representative is the selling of parts to Company customers. The Parts Inside Sales Representative should be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable to ensure proper service to all customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering Parts Department phone calls.
  • Work with Territory Sales Managers with questions and orders.
  • Make outgoing phone calls to Company customers soliciting parts sales.
  • Research customer's needs and create orders through Online Parts Counter and any other method deemed necessary by the Company.
  • Communicate with Parts Manager and/or Inventory Controller regarding inventory trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Should possess a High School diploma.
  • Parts knowledge and experience in heavy duty truck parts is required.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
