Parts Counter Sales Representative Description
As one of the leading parts retailers in the nation, our five parts warehouses take orders from and ship parts to customers around the country. The Parts Counter Sales Representative is the point of contact for both customers and warehouse staff and is crucial to the efficient and expeditious receipt and shipping of our parts.
The ideal Counter Sales Representative will have good communication skills on the phone, in person and in writing.
They will be familiar with the General Motors parts numbering system and know several different cataloguing programs to provide our customers with the most complete information and options possible.
They will understand the importance of timely delivery and will assist the warehouse staff with both accurate orders and information.
They will be proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc) as well as with CDK Global and Podium.
This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable records check.
