Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager who can lead daily warehouse operations with urgency, accuracy, discipline, and efficiency. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities across departments while maintaining strong control over inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of learning and navigating ERP systems quickly. This position also requires strong email and communication management skills, including handling incoming operational requests, coordinating responses across departments, and sending outbound customer communications regarding order readiness, shipping updates, and pickup availability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, logistics, inventory control, and material flow
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and bin location management
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with urgency and precision
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency at all times
  • Manage and prioritize multiple requests and operational vectors from various departments
  • Work closely with purchasing, production, sales, and customer service teams to support company objectives
  • Utilize warehouse management software and ERP systems to track inventory and operational activity
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and workflows
  • Handle incoming operational and customer email requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Send outbound customer communications regarding order status, shipping updates, and pickup availability
  • Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and accountability
  • Train, supervise, and enforce warehouse procedures and operational discipline
  • Maintain high standards for safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations
  • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse software required
  • Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and technology platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
