What You'll Do:
As a Parts Advisor, you'll serve as the connection between our customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure the right parts are available when needed.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts requests
  • Identifying and sourcing automotive parts using catalogs, VIN lookups, and manufacturer systems
  • Supporting technicians by supplying parts quickly and accurately
  • Processing parts orders, returns, warranties, and core returns
  • Receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy and proper bin locations
  • Coordinating parts deliveries and pickups as needed
  • Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be insurable under the company's insurance policy
  • Ability to make parts deliveries and pickups as needed
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive parts experience
  • Dealership experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturer parts catalogs
  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
  • General automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
No evenings. No Sundays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day
  • Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in both customer-facing and warehouse environments
