Job Overview
The HR Partner plays a critical role in operationalizing people account team initiatives established in partnership with the business to deliver strategic outcomes for T-Mobile. This role uses strong business acumen in order to understand business challenges and executive relationship management skills that enable consultation, influence, and execution of creative solutions that is critical to success in the role. The incumbent leverages data/people insights to support and drive initiatives through collaboration with members of the Strategic Support organization and Centers of Excellence (COEs).
The incumbent executes enterprise program delivery, facilitates change management, provides culture and engagement support, supports talent plan initiatives and provides tier 3 support from MyHR as well as acts as a liaison to the Employee Relations Team.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operationalizes people account team initiatives and executes program delivery.
  • Provides strategic direction to executive business leaders, consulting and coaching on organization health and effectiveness and solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Uses strong cross functional collaboration and feedback mechanism with people account teams (including COEs) to ensure effective development of transparent, meaningful and accessible leadership training, tools and resources to enable and support leaders and the overall employee experience. Collaborates to achieve success in attracting, developing, and training top talent.
  • Provides and analyzes talent trends, data visualization, predictive analysis, and external research pertinent to business strategy that supports initiatives.
  • Provides expert and objective advice, coaching, and counsel on HR programs, change management, inclusion, and organizational development to promote a fair and equitable work environment.

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
    OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
    OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years 4+ years related experience (Preferred)

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
