Description

The Regional Sales and Partnership Manager is responsible for driving growth in our Specialty Installation (underground detention, liners, containment) and Maintenance (inspection, rehabilitation, and stormwater system services) divisions. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and managing opportunities from lead generation through close.



Job Duties:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through meetings, calls, networking, and industry events
  • Identify client needs and present effective stormwater solutions
  • Generate and follow up on leads to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Perform site visits, inspections, and develop proposals/quotes
  • Manage all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assist in expanding market presence across Georgia and surrounding territories
  • Use market knowledge to support forecasting and business planning
  • Promote a positive, professional representation of the company


Work Environment / Requirements

  • Territory-based role covering Georgia and western portions of North and South Carolina
  • Frequent travel within assigned territory
  • Ability to attend meetings, site visits, and industry events

  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Experience in construction, stormwater management, or related industry preferred
  • Ability to read plans and perform basic take-offs

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
