For a Partnership Activation Intern, $20 an hour is generally considered above average for internships, which often pay between minimum wage and $15 per hour. The pay rate can vary based on location, industry, and the intern's experience level, but $20 per hour typically reflects a competitive rate for entry-level roles in some regions. It's also important to consider the internship's responsibilities, learning opportunities, and whether it offers other benefits or professional development.
