Complete Family Protection

Lehi, UT โ€ข On-site

$75K - $125K/yr

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO

Posted 12 days ago

Job description

Complete Brock is the national life insurance and annuity distribution arm of the Brock Group, a division of Complete Family Protection. We give insurance agencies the systems, training, and accountability to scale the same playbook that lets each of our agents outsell 68 agents combined.

This is the division's first hire. You'll build the partner experience alongside the founder.

The salary is $75,000 and the bonus opportunities are up to $50,000 a year based on partners producing.

The role

You are the face and the engine of the partner journey. Every agency that joins Complete Brock moves through a pipeline application, welcome call, contracting, training, first sale, retention and you own it end to end. You'll run welcome calls with agency owners, coordinate contracting with our carrier team, keep partners progressing through Complete Brock University, track and report on their progress, and protect the standard: our time flows to partners who do the work, and you make that fair and visible.

Benefits

Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Health Insurance

Dental Insurance

Vision Insurance

Life Insurance

Career Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Run discovery and welcome calls with prospective partner agencies; confirm contract levels and carrier lineups

Own the onboarding pipeline every partner, every stage, nothing stalls silently

Coordinate contracting and licensing paperwork with our back-office and carrier teams

Monitor training, certification, and reporting; catch stalls early and re-engage partners

Be the first point of contact for partner questions and know when to solve, route, or gate

Build and improve the onboarding SOPs as we scale; your playbook becomes the playbook

Requirements

Relentlessly organized. You run your life on systems and checklists, follow a process exactly before improving it, and document everything. You're warm and credible on the phone with business owners, and you can hold people accountable without making it personal. You send the follow-up before it's asked for.

Our philosophy: we micromanage the process so we never have to micromanage the people. If that excites you, you'll thrive here. If it doesn't, please don't apply.

Preferred experience

Project or pipeline management CRM-driven, multi-stage, many accounts at once

Relationship or account management with business owners or B2B clients

Insurance exposure (life, Medicare, or agency-side) helpful, not required. We'll train the industry; we can't train ownership.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
