Digital and eCommerce, Partner Sales Manager

Description -

Join HP's North America Channel - Digital Sales team as a Digital and eCommerce Partner Sales Manager. Think of yourself as a digital evangelist, where you will play a pivotal role in driving HP's digital transformation. As a key member of the team, your mission is to ensure HP wins wherever customers are searching, shopping, or buying-maximizing market share, revenue, and margin.

What You'll Do

  • Team up with Sales, Marketing, and Category leaders to grow HP's online presence with top retail partners like Walmart, Best Buy, and Staples.

  • Dive deep into partner digital strategies and platforms, uncovering opportunities to optimize and elevate HP product sales.

  • Champion the customer journey-enhance product detail pages, win onsite search, dominate offsite search, and drive conversion rate optimization.

  • Deliver actionable recommendations across ecommerce, SEO, paid search, and customer experience, with regular reviews to showcase measurable results for key accounts.

  • Experiment, test, and implement best-in-class digital experiences-then share your insights across HP to raise the bar for everyone.

  • Support HP's data collection programs, tracking partner adoption of best practices and driving improvements in partner experience scores.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and sharing digital best practices, and keeping your knowledge of HP consumer products and industry trends razor-sharp.

  • Travel up to 25-30% to connect, collaborate, and make an impact.

What You Bring

  • A strong business foundation (Bachelor's required; advanced degree or MBA preferred).

  • 10+ years of professional experience in digital marketing and/or sales.

  • Proven team leadership and a track record of driving cross-functional success.

  • Experience in a digital agency is a plus.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $112,000 to 163,000 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
