The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a(n) Regional Sales Director you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading and managing a team of Account Executives, Account Managers and Healthcare Solution Executives focused on the delivery of health information technology solutions to an assigned territory of Health Systems and Hospitals in the Southeast part of the US
  • Developing and managing sales strategies, activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine regional sales team progress toward stated goals & objectives, territory metrics and quota analysis for ongoing growth and retention to enable Solventum as top quartile performer.
  • Implementing and driving best practices throughout the sales team to ensure consistent, high quality and repeatable performance, including continuing evolution of the company sales process and performance management goals
  • Positioning value / benefits with VP and "C level" decision makers, building sustained relationships with an ability to fully negotiate contracts and close business within the assigned region.
  • Executing business unit strategies, plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure profitable sales growth, retention and expansion

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (7) years of healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services in a private, public government or military environment.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of healthcare revenue cycle or health information technology and/or consulting services in a private, public government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's in Business Administration degree (M.B.A.) or similar Master's degree
  • Proven leadership, organization and planning ability
  • Ability to be effective and clear with upward and downward communication
  • Strong relationship, consultation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience managing a territory and delivering complex high dollar technology solutions across multiple departments in regional and large hospital systems in excess of $14M annually
  • Proven ability to coach and assist in the development of others, creating success through leadership
  • Proven ability to delegate effecvely
  • Proven ability to facilitate growth by sponsoring and championing new products, programs, and ideas through the encouragement of innovation
  • Must have good work/life balance skills, accompanied by the ability to recognize one's own signs of stress and manage them well
  • Experience in the design and development of sales training
