  • Partner with Product Managers to define, track, and report on product OKRs, roadmap delivery, and success metrics.
  • Provide clear reporting and visibility across Product, executive leadership, and go-to-market teams.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of product analytics tools and dashboards that measure feature adoption, client outcomes, and product performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product workflows, tools, and operating processes without creating unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy.

Product Partnership Operations

  • Serve as the internal project lead for strategic partner initiatives, including integrations, joint launches, and new offerings, in collaboration with Partner Management.
  • Translate partnership agreements and objectives into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and measures of success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness for partner launches across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and other impacted teams.
  • Track and report on partner initiative performance, including revenue contribution, adoption, client satisfaction, and operational impact.
  • Maintain accountability for partnership project delivery, proactively identifying risks and ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Establish repeatable processes and operating practices that support the continued growth and scalability of partnership programs.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable product, customer, and partnership insights.
  • Working knowledge of commercial partnership and revenue metrics, including pipeline, revenue contribution, adoption, retention, and client value.
  • Working knowledge of CRM workflows, pipeline visibility, attribution, sales handoffs, and revenue reporting, preferably within Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Product Operations, analytics, CRM, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Productboard, Aha!, Salesforce, Pendo, Power BI, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to develop and communicate clear reporting, dashboards, success metrics, and executive-level updates.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills with the ability to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Implementation, Support, and Finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of empowered product team principles, with the ability to improve processes and operating practices while preserving team autonomy.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives from planning through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
