As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and support branch success.Position Summary: Clean Team is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch and ensure service excellence across all customer accounts. This leadership role is responsible for managing Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Technicians, and the Staffing Coordinator while maintaining labor budgets, customer satisfaction, staffing coverage, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of leading multiple teams, and comfortable making real-time operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
