Accelerate your career. Join the organization that's driving the world's technology and shape the future. Ingram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem. With the ability to reach nearly 90% of the global population, we play a vital role in the worldwide IT sales channel, bringing products and services from technology manufacturers and cloud providers to business‑to‑business technology experts. Our market reach, diverse solutions and services portfolio, and digital platform Ingram Micro Xvantage™ set us apart. Learn more at www.ingrammicro.com Come join our team where you’ll make technology happen in surprising ways. Let's shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!

The Senior Global Platform Operations Manager will own the operational relationship with Ingram Micro's top strategic platform vendors on Xvantage™, serving as the primary point of operational ownership between the vendor, the Global Platform Group, and regional and country teams. This role drives the global vendor experience end-to-end, identifying immediate opportunities to drive automation and leverage the platform, owning business requirements and BRDs for platform features, and shaping the collective Vendor + Ingram Micro roadmap to influence what vendors build. This individual ensures the organization speaks with one voice to each vendor, demonstrates continuous and measurable progress against a global operations plan, and leads regular operational reviews (QBRs) with vendors and leadership. The Senior Global Platform Operations Manager aligns engagement to the top 12 strategic vendors and their evolving priorities, masters each vendor's go-to-market strategy at regional and global levels and assesses the current vendor experience while defining the target state as the business evolves. This role is central to driving alignment across GVE, Regions, and Countries on the Xvantage strategy — anchored by a global operations plan and roadmap for every vendor.

Your role:
  • Vendor Relationship & Operational Ownership Own the operational relationship with assigned strategic vendors, serving as the single point of operational accountability for the vendor experience on Xvantage™. Align engagement to the top 12 strategic vendors and their evolving priorities, focusing effort where it delivers the greatest business impact. Master each vendor's go-to-market (GTM) strategy at both regional and global levels to inform engagement plans and platform priorities. Assess the current vendor experience and define the target‑state experience trajectory as the business evolves.
  • Roadmap, Requirements & Platform Adoption Drive the collective Vendor + Ingram Micro roadmap and influence what vendors build; maintain roadmap tracking with clear visibility for all stakeholders. Own and refine business requirements and BRDs for platform features and Navigator functionality requests. Identify immediate opportunities to drive automation and leverage the platform to improve the vendor and associate experience. Drive progress and onboarding for functionality already available, in collaboration with the GPB Success Team.
  • Global Alignment & Communication Align country, regional, and global teams so the organization speaks with one voice to each vendor. Run internal alignment sessions and direct calls with vendor contacts (global call coordination). Own, update, and maintain the executive vendor cards for assigned vendors. Represent the organization at key vendor events and industry engagements.
  • Reporting, Reviews & Escalation Define and report success metrics and KPIs that quantify engagement progress and demonstrate continuous, measurable value. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regular operational reviews with vendors and leadership. Serve as the escalation point for operational issues, driving resolution across cross‑functional teams.
What you bring to the role:
  • Experience & Education Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required. Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience 8 + years of functional experience including 5 years of position specific experience in a directly related role such as vendor management, partner operations, platform operations, or program management. Demonstrated track record of managing external partner or vendor relationships and driving operational outcomes across global, regional, and country teams.
  • Preferred: Active project or program management certification such as PMP®, CAPM®, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent.
Skills & Competencies
  • Platform & Business Acumen: Ability to quickly develop deep familiarity with Xvantage™ and the broader Ingram Micro ecosystem; comfort operating at the intersection of technology, vendors, and business operations.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Skilled at building trusted relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, driving alignment, and holding all parties accountable to shared outcomes.
  • GTM Fluency: Ability to understand and internalize vendor go‑to‑market strategies and translate them into actionable engagement and platform plans.
  • Requirements Definition: Experience authoring and refining business requirements and BRDs and translating business needs into platform functionality requests.
  • Operational Mindset: Strong instinct for process improvement, automation opportunities, and data‑driven performance management.
  • Communication & Presentation: Polished written and verbal communicator; comfortable running executive‑level reviews (QBRs) and presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Project & Program Management: Able to manage multiple concurrent vendor workstreams with competing priorities, tight timelines, and cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Tooling Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); experience with Jira, Confluence, and Power Apps preferred.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $105,500.00 - $179,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.
