What You'll Do
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our service center, including the yard, fleet, and field activity, while partnering closely with the General Manager to improve performance across safety, customer experience, and efficiency.
You'll coordinate routing and dispatch, maintain equipment and facilities, lead safety compliance efforts, and support hiring and development of team members.

  • Background in route optimization tools or fleet management systems
  • Experience supporting sales or customer retention efforts
  • Experience conducting safety training or certification programs
  • Track record of improving asset utilization or operational efficiency
