We are seeking a Manager, Partnerships Operations to join Snap Inc.!

What you'll do:

  • Content rights landscape, including music, for record labels, music publishers and Performing Rights Organizations

  • Content ingestion practices (DDEX), digital supply chain operations, publishing clearance, and metadata management

  • Compliance with reporting obligations, and other key provisions from complex licensing agreements

  • Management of 3rd party service providers

  • Content management system architecture and development

  • Drive Automation & Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and tooling. Partner with technical teams to implement solutions that improve accuracy and reduce turnaround times.

  • Resolve Complex Partner Issues: Serve as a key escalation point for complex partner challenges, including revenue discrepancies, reporting issues, and product-related concerns. Investigate root causes and drive timely, effective resolutions.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment and operational readiness for new initiatives, product launches, and policy changes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Creative and innovative thinker with a proven track record for solving complex problems

  • Team player who can work across multiple groups, including product, engineering, legal, and other XFN teams

  • Bias for action in a lean work environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 9+ years working in global operations for a music-focused technology platform, digital music service or rights owner

  • Positive relationships with major and independent music content owners

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Moderate proficiency in SQL

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.


Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $162,000-$241,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
