Essential Functions:

  • Utilize internal systems to organize, maintain, and manage licensing and branding information, ensuring accuracy and a positive partner experience throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external partners through phone, email, and written correspondence to support onboarding initiatives through successful resolution.
  • Research, evaluate, and support branding opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue creative solutions that resolve challenges, enhance the partner experience, and strengthen trust in the brand.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and marketing specialist teams to coordinate and fulfill point-of-sale materials, marketing requests, and onboarding resources for newly branded accounts.
  • Help develop and continuously improve personalized onboarding experiences that reflect the unique needs and goals of individual licensees.
  • Contribute ideas, insights, and innovative approaches during team meetings and planning sessions to help shape the future of partner engagement and onboarding.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

Education/Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three to seven years of progressively responsible experience in customer success, account management, marketing support, brand engagement, project coordination, licensing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are highly valued.
