The Director of Corporate Partnerships & Sales is responsible for driving significant new business partnership revenue across all Miller Sports + Entertainment properties. This role is a senior revenue-generating position focused on identifying, developing, and closing strategic corporate partnerships that deliver meaningful value for both prospective partners and Miller Sports + Entertainment. The Director will manage the full new-business sales cycle, develop strategic and insight-led partnership solutions, cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers, and consistently build and convert a high-value pipeline.

  • Lead the full sales process for complex partnership opportunities, from initial prospecting and discovery through strategy development, proposal, presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, business owners, marketing leaders, agencies, and other key decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners' business objectives, challenges, customers, and growth priorities to create strategically aligned partnership solutions.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals and presentations that align MSE assets with a prospect's business and marketing objectives and demonstrate compelling potential ROI and measurable business value.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to package assets creatively across sports, entertainment, media, digital, experiential, hospitality, community, and other MSE platforms.
  • Lead executive-level presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with prospective partners.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial judgment around partnership structure, inventory, pricing, term, value, and negotiation strategy.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, CRM reporting, and sales activity while providing clear visibility into opportunity status, risks, next steps, and projected revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with Partnership Marketing, Marketing, Events, Digital, Ticketing, Premium, Business Intelligence, and other internal stakeholders to develop commercially viable partnership solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on new-business strategy, category prioritization, portfolio positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and support to members of the Corporate Partnerships team, sharing best practices and contributing to a high-performance sales culture.
  • Support the continued development and improvement of sales processes, prospecting strategies, pitch materials, and commercial standards across the department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed agreement to onboarding, asset delivery, and activation planning.
  • Represent Miller Sports + Entertainment professionally at prospect meetings, industry events, networking opportunities, company events, and community functions.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, industry developments, and sponsorship best practices to identify new commercial opportunities.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, or a comparable revenue-generating environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding meaningful new-business revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to independently prospect, develop, negotiate, and close complex, high-value partnerships.
  • Experience developing integrated partnership solutions across multiple assets, platforms, properties, or business units preferred.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling partnership solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence senior-level decision-makers and executives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating pricing, valuation, negotiation, contract terms, and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities with experience developing and delivering executive-level sales presentations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who demonstrates accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience within sports, entertainment, media, experiential marketing, or a related industry strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet prospects and attend industry and company events.
