Salary Range:
Starting salary is between $62,000 and $68,000 annually, with a possibility of future incentive compensation based on growth in sales. It is ultimately determined by the scope of the position the candidate's relevant experience, credentials/certifications and internal equity. We offer a generous compensation package that includes an attractive benefits package with medical, dental and vision, 401k company match, discretionary profit sharing, PTO, valet parking and more.
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Retail Sales & Partner Development Support Specialist is to provide support to the VP of Retail Sales and Advisory Recruiting teams.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Production
  • Assist with training & mentoring new employees on the Recruiting team
  • Proficient with LinkedIn marketing needs and prospecting campaigns
  • Coordinate prospective Financial Centers/Financial Advisors information form for each call/meeting w/ Partner Dev Rep (PDR)
  • Project Managed all prospecting seminars/webinars
  • Manage the RIMS system for Recruiting
  • Prepares meeting/event agendas
  • Coordinate w/ Partner Development Reps on recruit materials
  • Be familiar with commission payout system
  • Coordinate/host Home Office Visits for recruit's w/ PDR's
  • Manage recruit data base, Weekly Dashboard Reports
  • Know all relevant company sales literature and provide feedback
  • Know the PlanMember sales story and be able to communicate this to recruits
  • Assist in implementation of master recruiting plan for 40+ FC's Nationwide
  • Help coordinate/manage the relationship - meetings between Marketing, Transitions and Recruiting
