Purpose of Your Work:

As a Representative – Strategic Partnership Development (CoreTrust), you will play a critical role in expanding Redwood's partnership with CoreTrust by developing trusted relationships with CoreTrust Account Executives and enabling them to position Redwood as a strategic logistics and supply chain solution for their members.

Serving as the primary relationship manager for CoreTrust's field organization, you will educate, engage, and collaborate with Account Executives to identify member opportunities, develop joint account strategies, and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified introductions. Working closely with Redwood's Supply Chain Director, you will help convert referrals into logistics assessments, transportation optimization initiatives, and long-term client engagements.

Success in this role will be measured by the strength of relationships established with CoreTrust Account Executives, the volume and quality of member introductions, shipment data obtained for analysis, qualified opportunities created, and the resulting revenue generated through the CoreTrust partnership.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

  • Develop and cultivate client relationships by strategically leveraging business development activities, networking, and client entertainment to build trust, strengthen connectivity, create interdependent partnerships, and inspire opportunity development across the Coretrust sales teams.
  • Become a knowledgeable resource on Redwood's transportation, managed logistics, and supply chain solutions to effectively position Redwood within the CoreTrust organization.
  • Where applicable, position Redwood’s 4PL services to provide additional customer value and accelerate partner-led sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular outreach, training sessions, business reviews, and planning meetings with CoreTrust Account Executives to maintain engagement and awareness.
  • Collaborate with CoreTrust Account Executives to identify, prioritize, and develop target member accounts that align with Redwood's ideal customer profile.
  • Create and execute joint account plans designed to generate a consistent flow of qualified member introductions.
  • Facilitate introductions between CoreTrust members and Redwood's sales organization, ensuring a seamless transition into the sales process.
  • Work with members and Account Executives to obtain shipment data and operational information required for Redwood's logistics assessments and market analyses.
  • Track and manage all relationship activity, introductions, data requests, assessments, opportunities, and outcomes within the CRM.
  • Partner with Marketing and Channel Leadership to develop educational content, member success stories, webinars, and other enablement materials that increase awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor partnership performance, identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration, and recommend strategies to increase referral activity and member participation.
  • Meet or exceed established performance objectives related to Account Executive engagement, member introductions, qualified opportunities, completed logistics analyses, and revenue generated through the CoreTrust partnership.
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership activity, pipeline development, and key performance metrics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

You’ve Got This?

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, channel management, strategic partnerships, account management, or consultative sales.
  • Strong relationship development, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, procurement, or managed services is required.
  • Experience working with strategic partners, GPOs, associations, or enterprise account teams is highly preferred.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build credibility across multiple organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable business plans.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new opportunities and expanding partner engagement.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support CoreTrust meetings, member visits, and industry events.

Work Schedule:

This position is full-time and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range:

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $110,000

This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.

The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
