Peace of Mind Property Management is looking for a phenomenal connector who is compatible with a highly energetic, innovative and fun team. We are looking for a team player who is genuinely a people-person who loves making connections and isn’t afraid to ask for business. We work hard, helping a lot of people, but we have fun while doing it.

The Business Development Associate is primarily focused on increasing incoming leads, setting PM appointments and signing new partnerships. They will spend the majority of their time coordinating and procuring incoming leads to the team. This will include calling and emailing potential lead sources along with following up with these lead sources. To improve their skills they will spend time training on scripts on a daily basis along with ensuring they have ample and effective calling lists.

Key Measures of Success:

1. Sets at least 3 prequalified owner appointments a week.

2. Proficient in scripts where there is little difference in their voice.

3. Effectively follows up with potential owners to convert them to setting an appointment.

4. Supports the Business Development Manager in meeting and exceeding goals and expectations.

Duties, Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Be the expert of all internet lead software and routing.
  • Close property management appointments.
  • Increase leads via the internet and rental listings that we have. Increase conversion rates as well along with lead systems.
  • Prospect by calling For Rent by Owners (FRBO).
  • Convert office calls into appointments.
  • Convert internet emails into appointments.
  • Master pre-qualifying leads before appointments
  • Follow up with all leads and convert them to qualified appointments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills

· Real Estate License is a plus

· Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

· Strong sales background with proven results

· Utilizes and internalizes scripts

· Decisive and proactive

· Team oriented

· Real Estate experience is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
