$60,000 - $85,000 Base + Commission
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence within the restoration and construction industry. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop innovative plans to achieve revenue targets.Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients, fueling long-term growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, skilled in strategic planning, and thrives in a relationship-driven industry.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within restoration, mitigation, and construction markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support growth initiatives
  • Manage pipeline and track activity using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
