  • Help implement a compelling talent acquisition strategy and proactively search for talent to stay ahead of companyโ€™s hiring needs
  • Lead full applicant lifecycle from the sourcing of candidates through the qualifying application phase; phone screening, offer letter process, and on-boarding phase
  • Be responsible for the recruiting process, plan, and organize the interview rounds including interview briefs and debriefs with interviewers for assigned requisitions
  • Implement various talent sourcing methods for each opening (online job ad campaigns, direct sourcing, internal referrals, social media etc.)
  • Help to implement emerging AI technology in the talent space
  • Build relationships with candidates and provide them with a high-quality support throughout the interview process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and innovative approaches, provide training and advice to hiring managers and interviewers
  • Collaborate with peers, business leaders, and HR to ensure a consistent and excellent candidate experience
  • Support recruiting related continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work on cross-functional projects broadly across the company where you can exercise your entrepreneurial spirit by supporting the development of a fast-growing organization, unique culture, and scaling of internal functions.
  • Collaborates in the development and coordination of a comprehensive talent acquisition/recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and coordinate strategies for career events, conferences, Intern and Apprentice programs
What You Will Bring To The Team
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or combination of equivalent education and experience required, preferably in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, business management, or similar field of study.
  • 8-10 years job-related experience as a talent acquisition or recruiting professional.
  • Excellent sourcing skills (proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter is the minimum expectation)
  • Experience working collaboratively and effectively with hiring managers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Solid verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with Greenhouse a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $126,710.15 - $190,065.22 per year. This range represents the Companyโ€™s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
