THE ROLE

As a member of the MFS Talent Development (TD) team, you will play a key role in activating and enabling the talent strategy by supporting communication and consulting related to the full TD portfolio. You partner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess needs, engage stakeholders and translate global nuances to drive business and client outcomes. You are a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, serving as a change agent supporting adoption of performance-driven strategies, tools, and solutions, also ensuring alignment of COE solutions with business strategy and client needs.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Solid understanding of full Talent Development portfolio and strategy, including change and leadership development; talent reviews and succession management; performance management; OD interventions; skill building, professional development and early career curricula.
  • Support alignment with business priorities and promote adoption of enterprise talent strategies and solutions, bringing an enterprise mindset and One HR collaborative approach.
  • Partner with HRBPs, business leaders and others to develop strategies and deploy solutions that create value for business, clients and support HR strategic objectives.
  • Articulate TD programs and solutions to HRBPs and business leaders to enable successful implementation and drive business impact.
  • Share key business insights with TD Consultants to influence evolution of talent programs and solutions, and ensure employee and leader experiences.
  • Lead and accelerate change in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders, bringing a future-focused mindset to new approaches to work, skill development, and adoption of AI and other technologies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-6 + years progressive HR experience; knowledge and experience in financial services industry preferred
  • Familiarity with corporate talent development, OD, succession management, learning and performance management best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong consulting, coaching, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing through and leading organizational change

Base Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $126,000.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensationbased on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
