Business Development Manager

We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to be the face of our firm. This isn't just a sales job; you'll be the bridge between our clients' biggest hiring problems and our delivery team's solutions. You will do this by building deep, meaningful relationships with senior business leaders. You will leverage your experience to act as a trusted advisor, help clients solve complex problems and align meaningful work that expands the careers of our candidates. This role offers a lucrative opportunity directly tied to personal income and career growth, while working within a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to build a specific book of business selling and closing business with Industry Leaders.
  • Leverage our tools to identify high-value prospects and execute multi-channel outreach encompassing cold calling, email, and InMail, complemented by attending networking events to build a robust pipeline and accelerate business development.
  • Conduct in-depth account research and meet with prospects, qualify them, negotiate terms, and secure executed agreements
  • Lead intake calls for a deep understanding of clients open positions. Then act as the liaison between the client and our recruiters to ensure successful placements.
  • Saturate and find opportunities within the client's other departments and continue to build relationships within the account.
  • Accountable for driving the business in a direction that ensures financial targets are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
  • Exude leadership and professionalism at all times and in all situations.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2–4 successful years in Full-Desk Recruiting or Recruiting Sales. We are looking for hunters to find new business that also can build long term relationships with current clients
  • You can hold your own in a conversation with a VP of Sales, an Accountant, or a Lead Engineer.
  • You're comfortable cold-calling a C-suite exec in the morning and working a networking room in the evening.

  • $60K-70K base salary + uncapped 15% commissions on fees.
