Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted prospecting to identity clients, leveraging a variety of tolls such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry databases.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities to ensure continuous sales growth.
  • Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with prospective clients to present the company's products or services, answer inquiries, and understand their needs.
  • Develop customized proposals and sales presentations to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through inside sales and business development activities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consistent follow-up, communication, and a consultative approach.
  • Understand the clients business needs and align the companys solutions to address those needs effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors strategies and adapt tactics to differentiate the companys offerings.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market conditions, and competitive landscape to help optimize sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates to senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve performance.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in Overhead Cranes.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Ability Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to be mobile throughout facility to communicate with other departments.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for extended periods of time.
