Job description

Xometry, a Nasdaq-listed digital manufacturing marketplace, seeks an experienced Partner Acquisition Lead to steer domestic partner growth from Houston. You will design recruitment campaigns, lead the acquisition team, and optimize outbound and inbound partnerships to scale manufacturing capacity.

You will coach a high‑performing team, craft multi‑channel outreach, and own the metrics that drive cost efficiency and speed to onboard. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.
