Summary
You will actively participate in reviewing candidate resumes and profiles; conducting interviews; making assessments and recommending talent; negotiating and presenting offers; providing status communications and notifications to candidates; maintaining candidate workflow and notes via the applicant tracking system (ATS); etc. The Talent Acquisition Partner II will begin sourcing for professional talent through proactive recruitment strategies.

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Preferred Requirements
   Previous airline experience preferred.
   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
   Available to travel as needed up to 30%.
   Time Management/Organization - Proficient in candidate management.
   Program Management - Can manage a requisition load of up to 30 positions with minimal support. Can manage to the needs to multiple hiring managers and candidates. Can assist the hiring community in understanding the process and guide participants through the process steps and requirements.
   Administrative Skills - Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); Ultimate Software a plus. Proficient with MS Office Suite.
   Relationship and Communication - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate in a variety of settings across all organizational levels.
   Problem Solving - Can work with the business to identify position needs and develop sourcing strategies to support those needs. Can recognize job fit and culture fit criteria and make sound decisions on candidate viability.
   Autonomy - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Job Duties
   Level II - Demonstrates understanding and support of the People Services Culture by embodying it in almost all interactions, even in tough times, with internal and external customers.
   Mastery of Level 1 Talent Acquisition Partner daily duties.
   Independently manages the following recruiting duties with minimal errors: Opening and routing requisitions, posting positions on company approved postings sites, updates to candidate records, Scheduling of Interviews on multiple platforms.
   Conducts detailed screening for professional level positions as assigned.
   Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to actively source active and passive candidates such as social networks, career fairs, associations, campus, community networking events, etc.
   Using provided tools can research the market and understand the competitive candidate landscape for areas supported.
   Interacts with hiring managers on elements of the recruiting cycle including but not limited to: Needs assessments, Candidate presentations, feedback gathering, progress updates, market trends, hard-to-fill, compensation, etc. that will impact hiring.
   Partners with company team members on headcount requests and approvals for open positions based on company requirements.
   Reviews and is aware of department recruitment metrics and how they are individually performing against those metrics.
   Develops and maintain pipeline candidates for future openings.
   Under direction can develop basic screening questions and behavioral base questions for open roles.
   Other Duties as assigned.

Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
