About the position

The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the organization's hiring objectives by managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions while providing operational support across the hiring lifecycle. This role partners with hiring managers and the People team to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, coordinate recruiting activities, and ensure efficient, compliant hiring processes. The position also contributes to employer branding, talent pipeline development, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the organization's overall talent strategy.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned entry- and mid-level positions, utilizing established recruiting processes and best practices to achieve hiring goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while delivering exceptional candidate experience.
  • Prepare employment offers, coordinate approvals, and facilitate offer acceptance in partnership with hiring managers and People leadership.

ย Recruiting Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, background checks, offer documentation, and pre-employment activities to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate requisitions, candidate records, and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Support recruiting operations through reporting, documentation, process administration, and onboarding coordination.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Support employer branding initiatives through recruiting campaigns, social media, career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and community engagement.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, operational efficiency, and the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects and stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technologies.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Foundational knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, employment laws, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting or sourcing tools to improve efficiency is preferred.
