HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT (Roles and Responsibilities)
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for early career roles (internships and entry-level positions) across multiple brands
  • Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles, align on hiring needs, and deliver strong, diverse candidate slates
  • Champion a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives that elevate processes, tools, and overall team effectiveness
  • Own seasonal, high-volume Performance Fitter recruitment
  • Assess and optimize hiring processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, structure, and scalability
  • Proactively partner with the business to meet hiring demand and ensure quality of hire
  • Intern Programs & Experiences
  • Lead the annual planning, organization, and execution of cross-brand intern programs across Callaway and TravisMathew
  • Develop and deliver programming, events, and experiences that reflect our culture and connect interns to the business
  • Continuously evolve the program through feedback, business needs, and best practices, including defining and tracking success metrics and KPIs
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and community partners
  • Represent the brand at career fairs, networking events, and targeted talent engagement opportunities
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract early career talent and ensure accurate pipeline tracking in Workday
  • TA Operations & Strategy Metrics & Analytics – Create, track, and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to drive data-informed decisions
  • Process Optimization - Identify workflow inefficiencies, implement improvements, and evaluate effectiveness of hiring and assessment processes
  • Program Design & Strategy - Develop scalable recruiting strategies, early career programs, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Internal Mobility & Talent Initiatives
  • Support and help build internal mobility programs by connecting employees to growth opportunities across brands
  • Partner with HR and business leadership to activate internal talent pipelines
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and continuous improvement efforts

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

3 years of related recruiting or HR experience, with early career, campus, or high-volume hiring exposure preferred. Experience managing or supporting internship or early career programs is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)

Work is currently performed in a hybrid work environment. Occasionally required to carry laptop and supplies, for work offsite or for event travel. (carry up to 20 pounds) Occasionally required to travel locally and within the US to universities, community partners, or alternate job sites for the execution of events.
