  • You will leverage social media and other recruiting technologies to create targeted recruiting campaigns and attract top talent.
  • You will partner with hotel teams during new property transitions, supporting recruiting, career fairs, job postings, task force staffing, offers, and onboarding efforts.
  • You will support recruiting for corporate office positions and provide candidates with accurate, engaging information about HVMG, our business strategy, and the opportunities available.
  • You will prepare candidates for interviews by setting expectations and providing information about the company, department, position, and hiring team.
  • You will organize and facilitate post-interview debriefs and feedback sessions with hiring teams and candidates.
  • You will partner with senior leadership to identify and manage appropriate visa programs and recruiting initiatives.
  • You will maintain accurate and organized candidate and recruiting documentation to support compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.
  • You will stay current on employment and recruiting practices, legal requirements, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
  • You will monitor and report recruiting metrics, including application volume, time to fill, time in step, sourcing, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, hotel leaders, and corporate associates throughout the recruitment process.
  • You will collaborate with the Talent and HR teams to support staffing plans, talent initiatives, and organizational development activities.
  • You will represent and reflect HVMGโ€™s culture and values when building relationships with candidates, associates, business partners, colleges, and community organizations.
