Description

SMB Partnerships | Hybrid

At District Photo, our employees are the heart of our company. We are looking for an early-career Account Manager who is organized, curious, commercially minded, and ready to learn how strong partner relationships translate into business growth. This role is a strong fit for someone beginning a career in account management, sales, customer success, or business development and who enjoys working across teams to get things done.

Position Summary

The Account Manager supports and grows a portfolio of small and mid-sized business (SMB) partners across District Photo's wholesale and print-on-demand channels. You will help onboard new partners and products, coordinate day-to-day account needs, identify growth opportunities, track performance, and keep internal teams aligned. You will receive exposure to sales, operations, production, fulfillment, customer service, marketing, quality, logistics, and technology while building the skills needed to manage partner relationships independently.

What You'll DoPartner & Account Management
  •  Build trusted working relationships with SMB partners and serve as a dependable day-to-day point of contact.
  •  Learn each partner's business, goals, products, and priorities; help develop account plans that support revenue growth and retention.
  • Prepare for and participate in partner calls, business updates, workshops, and reviews; capture actions and drive follow-through.
  • Coordinate new-partner and new-product onboarding, including timelines, testing, readiness, blockers, and go-live activities.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, standard agreements, and account communications; escalate contract or SLA risks appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity updates, account plans, and follow-up items.
Sales & Growth Support
  • Support account revenue goals by identifying expansion opportunities, promotions, new products, and potential new business.
  • Build and maintain a prospect pipeline using CRM tools, research, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
  • Assist with forecasting by reviewing partner inputs, identifying changes, and communicating promotions, risks, and opportunities to Sales and Operations.
  • Learn District Photo's products, pricing, margin guidelines, and competitive positioning so you can confidently support sales conversations.
  • Coordinate samples, product requests, partner programs, and promotional initiatives that help win and grow business.
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Coordinate partner requests through established DPI workflow tools and keep stakeholders informed through completion.
  • Work with Production, Fulfillment, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales Operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and support successful launches.
  • Help coordinate API or other partner integrations by tracking owners, timelines, testing, open issues, and go-live readiness.
  • Act as a partner advocate when technical, operational, shipping, inventory, quality, or order issues require cross-functional attention.
  • Monitor escalations and ensure partners receive clear, timely updates while the responsible internal teams own resolution.
Reporting & Business Insight
  • Prepare account performance updates, including sales trends, product performance, forecasts, and operational insights.
  • Use data to spot risks, opportunities, and follow-up actions; ask questions when results do not match expectations.
  • Provide clear internal updates through CRM, weekly activity reporting, 1:1s, business reviews, and ad hoc requests.
