About this opportunity

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. Shifts vary depending on department needs. Part time opportunity, Monday-Friday: 9:00am-2:00PM.

What your role will look like

  • Accurately and appropriately manage, respond to, and resolve customer questions, concerns and inquiries
  • Provide customer with requested information by using application software, or other appropriate means and assist customer to achieve total satisfaction
  • Interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and courteous manner and maintain confidentiality of all customer information
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately and successfully use Eastern’s application software system
  • Regular attendance and punctuality adherence to a schedule that meets the needs of the department which increases on a seasonal basis
  • Be receptive to and competently use new technologies
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to this role

  • Experience: 2-3 years of telephone Call Center Environment Experience
  • Education: High school graduate minimum
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read and write English and perform basic math skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Reliability and exceptional customer service skills
