**Job Title: Bartender**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at Wolfe's Tavern.

As a Bartender, you will be a crucial part of our hospitality team, creating exceptional experiences for our guests with your expert beverage knowledge and customer service abilities.

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standardized recipes and customer requests.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making personalized drink recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Monitor customer behavior and consumption, ensuring responsible service of alcohol in compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking necessary supplies and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and assist with other duties as needed.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Bartender.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beverage preparation methods, and proper glassware usage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SafeServe) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
