Job description

This position is responsible for maintaining an efficient and professional corporate reception area, assisting job candidates with the application process, and providing clerical support to branch staff.  The Staffing Processor must present a professional image and demeanor at all times, ensuring a welcoming and respectful environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct callers as appropriate
  • Greet corporate visitors and job applicants and direct them as appropriate
  • Contact applicants to conduct pre-screening and schedule interview appointments
  • Explain applicant process in-depth, provide and explain all application documents, and assist applicants through process
  • May assist with prescreening (background, E-Verify, reference checks) for all new hires
  • May assist with posting open positions on external job posting sites
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • HS diploma/GED
  • 1 year administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including report preparation and record-keeping
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to the task at hand at a moments’ notice
