Job description

Reynolds' Subaru prides itself on working hard and standing out from the rest. You are the first person our customers see when they come in.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers to our dealership.
  • Answering incoming calls. Organize and input paperwork for management.
  • Assisting our service customers at checkout.
  • Managing loaner vehicles for our customers.
  • Tracking the mileage and fuel levels for our loaner cars.
  • Able to be active throughout each day. A lot of in and out with getting loaner cars as well as putting loaner cars away.
  • Make sure waiting room and reception area are presentable.
  • Fill the snack bar and clean the coffee machine.
  • Make monthly employee schedules for time off.

Part-time position: Hours are
