Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answers all incoming dealership phone calls.
  • Directs Customer to the appropriate Department.
  • Ensures that Customers are helped efficiently and professionally.
  • Demonstrates excellent Customer Service.

Required Experience:

* 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a Dealership preferred, but not required
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Professional appearance and work ethic
* Superior Customer Service skills
* Strong mathematical ability

Required Education:
* High school diploma or the equivalent
