Job description


Join our team of passionate fitness and wellness professionals! We're currently seeking instructors to lead Sound Bath sessions or similar holistic wellness offerings (e.g., meditation, breathwork, mindfulness-based movement) that help our members relax, recharge, and reconnect.
This is a part-time position working 2-6 hours per week, depending on availability. Wage is based on experience and relevant certifications or training.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead calming, inclusive sessions that support relaxation, mindfulness, and overall wellness.
  • Create a welcoming, peaceful environment for participants of all experience levels.
  • Build meaningful connections with members and encourage ongoing participation.
  • Maintain a safe and intentional space by following best practices for your modality.
  • Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to offer a high-quality experience.

Requirements
We're Looking For:
  • Instructors with experience or interest in Sound Bath, meditation, breathwork, or similar wellness formats.
  • Certification or relevant training preferred (e.g., Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki), but not required.
  • CPR/AED certification is preferred; training may be provided upon hire if needed.
  • A calming presence and a passion for supporting the well-being of others.
  • Ability to teach at least 2 sessions per week or more, depending on demand and availability.

New instructors will receive onboarding and support from our fitness and wellness team to ensure confidence and success.
