Job Summary
A growing organization in the automotive and parts manufacturing industry is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Dimas, CA. This role is ideal for a friendly, reliable administrative professional who enjoys supporting daily office operations, helping customers, and keeping order processes moving accurately.
This position offers a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, a casual work environment, available parking, and the opportunity to join a supportive team where professionalism, organization, and positive customer interaction are valued. The right candidate will bring hands-on Sage 100 experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and a welcoming approach to front-office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide professional, friendly customer service in person and by phone.
- Write up, enter, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Use Sage 100 for order entry, customer information, and basic administrative functions.
- Support daily office operations through filing, data entry, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal team members to help ensure smooth workflow.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
