Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

Skills:
- Strong anatomy knowledge
- Experience in caring for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in Cerner or similar electronic health record systems
- Previous experience in a Home Health setting prefferd
- Skilled in medication administration
