To address these, it's helpful to develop strong observation techniques, stay physically and mentally alert, and communicate regularly with supervisors or team members. Many organizations provide training and supportive protocols to help part-time staff succeed, and collaborating with experienced colleagues can also help new hires acclimate to the demands of the role.
