Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Supervisor to join our team at Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Ensuring the highest levels of service to our guests is our greatest priority. What will you do?
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the  venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
  • Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member-counseling sessions, including corrective action reports
  • Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
  • Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area
More about you
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Food & Beverage or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position, in a high-volume environment, required
  • One-year supervisory experience in restaurant or service environment preferred
  • Previous experience using computerized POS system required; previous experience with MICROS POS preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a Village of Ashwaubenon alcohol operator's license within 60 days of start date
Physical requirements
  • Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Majority of time is spent alternating between indoor, climate-controlled environment of restaurant and temperature fluctuations of warehouse and kitchen
