Job description

Salary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team as part of Evexia Med Spa staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our facility. You will contact an average of 60 leads per day, take incoming calls, checkout and invoice patients. Excellence in customer service is a must, and you need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. In addition to contacting leads, taking incoming calls you will be responsible for selling and promoting our beauty and skincare products.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Welcome clients and explain to them the list of products and services.
  • Calling over 100 calls per day and speaking with an average of 60-80 customers per day via text, call and email

  • Team oriented.

  • Energetic, positive and a fast learner.

  • Excellent in communication.

  • Perform daily duties such as: contacting leads, scheduling appointments and collecting payments.

  • Ensure each Client receives excellent service with a depth of knowledge and treatment recommendations.

  • Suggest various upgrades, such as the use of specialized skincare products and skin care program.

  • Contacting Evexia Medspa Leads, confirming appointments and Client Follow up.

  • Attend staff meetings.
