Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Secretary to provide administrative support to an executive at Cortina. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, communication, and managing day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced professional environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination.

This position is an on-site, 10-hour per week role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming communications (email, phone, and messages) and respond or route as appropriate
  • Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda, and notes
  • Support basic data entry and administrative tracking tasks
  • Coordinate with internal team members as needed to ensure smooth communication
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily business operations
