Position Overview
Universal Language Service, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Language Access Specialist – Russian/Ukrainian to join our team in a W-2 employee role that integrates scheduling and outreach operations with client support and language services.
In this role, you will support coordination of services, communicate with clients, and contribute to consistent, high-quality service delivery across healthcare and public sector environments.
This is a stable opportunity with consistent work, performance-based earnings, and long-term career growth into operations and leadership roles.
Work Location Requirements
  • Work is performed at the Bellevue, WA corporate office or additional locations across King, Pierce, or Snohomish Counties
  • Work schedule is based on operational needs
  • Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Additional scheduling options include 24/7 coverage, evenings, weekends, and part-time opportunities
  • Work from home / remote work is not permitted for this position
Employment amp; Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Operations amp; Scheduling

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian
  • Experience in interpreting, healthcare support, or customer-facing roles preferred
