Job description

E-Logic is seeking a Technical Analyst to support automation, interoperability, and enterprise systems integration initiatives within a large educational organization. This role focuses on connecting platforms, streamlining workflows, improving data quality, and supporting automation and AI-enabled operational improvements across departments. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, API integration experience, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role will be hybrid, the days will be provide by Harlingen School District.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support enterprise system integrations and automation workflows.
  • Analyze existing systems, workflows, and data processes to identify integration opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, connectors, and automation solutions.
  • Support interoperability between platforms such as Smartsites, eFinance, Eduphoria, Omnitrack, and other enterprise applications.
  • Assist with data migration, transformation, cleanup, and validation activities.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and operational analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with project leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Participate in workflow re-engineering and process optimization initiatives.
  • Document technical configurations, workflows, SOPs, and integration processes.
  • Support training and knowledge-transfer activities for end users and administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in systems integration, application support, workflow automation, or technical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, automation platforms, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site weekly in Harlingen, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in K-12 education, higher education, or public-sector environments.
  • Familiarity with FERPA and student data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with AI-enabled automation tools, RPA, or intelligent workflow solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, SIS, HRIS, finance, or communication platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
