What You'll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking a VP/Group Director of Platform Investment to join our Media team. This is a mission-critical role that will drive our strategic efforts as an organization as we move our clients more fully into the evolution of the industry.

In this role, you will lead a team of Social, Search, and Programmatic employees and provide the vision, strategy, and passion that this space requires.ย  You will ensure that your teams are providing clients and colleagues with class-leading guidance on the work and how to optimize client investment to ensure meaningful and measurable results.

How You'll Excel In Your Roleย 

You should also have extensive knowledge of key buying platforms like DV360, Yahoo DSP, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and SA360 with a familiarity with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), data-drive audience building, Prisma/MediaOcean, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is highly desired, as well.

You should be ready to dig deep, ask questions, and be excited to get your hands a little dirty while also confidently leading team level execution, quality assurance, and innovation. We'd like you to know the details of our client performance data, know the reasons for dips and spikes, identify areas for improvement, and most importantly, implement enhancements to drive client business by consistently introducing new ideas, concepts, and and opportunities. 10-15 years of digital media experience, and at least six years of demonstrated experience managing people, projects, and large-scale budgets is required.

Compensation

The salary range for this exempt role is between $210,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year, based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. Compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and competitively, with a focus on fairness, internal equity, and market alignment. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for RPA's full benefits package and growth opportunities within the agency.
