Job Summary:
Quadrant, Inc. is seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support AirForce clients. The role involves designing, prototyping, and deploying automation solutions while ensuring complete documentation and operational transition.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข The ideal candidate will support AirForce client supporting designs, prototypes, and deploys automation solutions for operational mission
โ€ข Work with the client staff to identifying automation opportunities, building working prototypes in 2โ€“4-week cycles, and transitioning validated solutions into daily operations with complete documentation that enables Government personnel to sustain them independently
โ€ข Delivery expectation / Client goals:
โ€ข These are baseline expectations derived from the client based on proven RPA delivery model at other military organizations
โ€ข Target is a minimum of 3 prototypes per quarter (functional bots validated by users in test environments)
โ€ข Minimum 2 operational transitions per quarter (bots accepted by COR and integrated into daily operations with full documentation)
โ€ข 2-4 week prototyping cycles per solution (from discovery kickoff to user-testable bot)
โ€ข Provide 100% documentation compliance (every transition solution includes technical specs, user training, SOPs, and sustainment plan)
โ€ข Conduct 2-3 iterative refinement cycles with operational users before transitioning solutions
โ€ข Test bots across appropriate classification levels (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, AFSCI as assigned)
โ€ข Deliver complete technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and data flow specifications
โ€ข Provide all source code, configuration files, and integration specifications to the Government
โ€ข Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with Government personnel who will sustain the solution
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer
โ€ข Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (Must be eligible for TS/sci)
โ€ข 3+ years of hands on experience developing and deploying RPA solutions (preferably in the DoD space)
โ€ข Strong Power platform experience including Power Apps, Power BI integration
โ€ข Proven track record delivering operational RPA bots from discovery through production deployment
โ€ข Proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Cloud
โ€ข Experience with iterative development methodologies and user-centered design
โ€ข Experience with API integration, database connectivity, and data transformation
โ€ข Knowledge of bot exception handling, logging, and error recovery patterns
โ€ข Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills
โ€ข Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
โ€ข Current Security+ce or higher IAT level II certification (required)
โ€ข UiPath Certified RPA Associate (required)
โ€ข Microsoft Power Automate certification (required)
