Remote Solar & Roofing Appointment Setter (Experienced Sales Reps Only)

Location: 100% Remote


We are an experienced solar sales company operating in multiple high-demand markets nationwide. Our closers are strong. Our install pipeline is solid. Now we’re scaling our remote call center with experienced appointment setters who know how to control conversations and produce consistent results.

If you’re a proven sales professional who can handle volume, objections, and performance metrics — this is built for you.



The Role

As a Remote Solar Appointment Setter, your job is simple:
Generate qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.

You are not closing deals — you are identifying qualified homeowners, building interest, and booking solid appointments that show.

We provide:

• Dialer

• CRM

• Data

• Script framework (flexible for experienced reps)

• Ongoing coaching


What We’re Looking For

This is not entry-level. We are hiring experienced reps only.

You should have:

• 1+ year of outbound sales or appointment setting experience

• Strong objection-handling skills

• Consistent performance hitting KPIs

• Clear, confident phone presence

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace

Solar experience is a plus — but high-level phone sales experience is required.
