Compensation: $21-$25 per hour DOE+ Performance Bonuses

Top Performance Staffing is a growing, family-owned staffing company serving warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, and hospitality clients throughout Southern California. We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives who enjoy building relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Position Summary

We are looking for entry sales professionals to generate new client accounts and expand our presence in the market.

This is a field-based position focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing staffing agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with Operations Managers, HR Managers, and decision-makers.
  • Present staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Schedule and conduct facility walkthroughs and meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage opportunities and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous B2B sales experience preferred (staffing industry experience)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Mandarin is a plus.
